About Davidson Elementary
Established in 1952, Davidson Elementary is one of 22 elementary schools located in the North Kansas City School District. Our district is located just north of the Missouri River. Davidson Elementary lies in the southern part of district and has approximately 625 students, in grades kindergarten through fifth. Our student population is diverse and currently represents approximately 20-25 languages spoken in our students’ homes. Davidson is the ninth most-diverse elementary school in the state of Missouri.
In fall of 2022, Davidson moved into a brand-new school facility constructed just behind our original building. The new school provides modern, flexible learning spaces designed to best meet the needs of all of our students. This project was made possible by voters' support of the 2020 zero tax increase bond measure. Thank you!
Davidson Elementary is committed to providing a high-quality education for each and every student. We also believe in building strong character in our students to become productive citizens in the future. We support and teach each child as an individual, with unique characteristics and learning styles.
